Lake Cumberland District Health Department



WEB.  As the second largest district health department in Kentucky, Lake Cumberland District Health Department provides comprehensive health-care services to 250,000 people in 10 counties.  The website was design to create easy navigation to health care and education resources available through the organization.

TLC.  The ultimate goal of this pilot video education program was to help influence care-givers.  The primary education components included better understanding the nutritional, exercise and nurturing needs of adolescents from birth through 4 years of age.  The videos were distributed through hospital pregnancy and birthing programs.  
Participants will be communicated with over the 4 year period of the child to measure their wellness compared to the general median population of children.  Fleck created the video concepts, did all scripting, shooting and managed replication of the final product for consumer use.  


MOVIE.  This 4½-minute feature film was designed to create a big-budget video look to capture the attention of viewers in a specific geographic area of the United States.  The video was distributed to 95,000 households in 10 counties of South Central Kentucky.    
Participants will be communicated with during the first 4 years of the child's life to measure and track their wellness compared to the general median population of children.  
Fleck created the video concepts, did all scripting, shooting and managed replication of the final product for consumer use.
