VIDEO.  Houchens Industries is the largest employee owned company in the United States today with over $3 billion in sales. The primary goal of the video was to educate companies being considered for acquisition about the diversity and corporate culture of the organization.  Additionally, the video was to be a resource for existing employees to learn about the diversity of their corporate family.  The corporate video was designed, produced, shot and edited by Fleck.
